Katao 3-ring Necklace
Bold, sculptural, and rooted in Indigenous artistry, the Katao 3-Ring Necklace is a collaborative piece made by the artisans of the Talaandig community in Bukidnon and carefully designed by Lydia Querian.
At the heart of the piece are hand-carved bamboo beads, carefully shaped by Talaandig artisans. Each bead carries the natural grain and warmth of bamboo, adding an organic texture to the necklace and celebrating the beauty of working with materials from the land.
The three interlocking rings create a striking silhouette, an architectural statement that frames the neckline and brings movement and dimension to any look. Designed to be noticed, the Katao can transform a simple outfit into something intentional, expressive, and distinctly Elle Karayan.
This collaboration was held with care, bringing together Indigenous craftsmanship and contemporary fashion design. The result is a piece that lives between tradition and modern form, bold enough for the runway, yet versatile enough to become part of your everyday wardrobe.
Wear it over a simple dress, with a crisp shirt, or paired with natural fabrics for a statement that feels grounded, sculptural, and forward-looking.
Hand-carved by artisans. Thoughtfully designed. Indigenous craft, made for the future.
