One of our key pillars of sustainability is our dedication to sourcing textiles and fabrics directly from Indigenous communities we’ve partnered with in the Philippines.This initiative not only supports these communities economically, but also promotes continuous practice of their weaving traditions, passed down by generations. By collaborating with the artisans, we ensure that the fabrics we use are not only of the highest quality but also produced in a manner that respects the environment and community practices.

Karayan Clothing prides itself on producing limited runs of each piece in our collections. This approach not only reduces waste but also fosters a culture of rest, family time, and community work within our team. We are passionate about remembering and embodying forgotten ancestral knowledge, which has been an integral part of our team’s values.
