Shipping policy

Elle Karayan ships orders between Wednesday and Friday each week.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

You will receive an email notification with your order and shipping status once your package is on its way.

If you have specifically selected overnight or express shipping from the available shipping options at checkout, your order will be shipped according to the expedited service selected.

Please note that the 7–10 business day timeframe begins once your order has been fulfilled, not from the date the order is placed. We are a small team and carefully prepare each order, so we appreciate your patience and support of our work.
